OSX Issue

Autocad LT randomly asking for security code. 

       Account is correct

       Reinstalled - Same results.

Any clue. I know this was a problem before, has there been a solution.

Also what do you mean by security code, like the product serial # or something else?

The 2 step verification?

Yes we are using 2 step verification. 

 

We have multiple systems and licences in use.  Windows computers are fine only the OSX systems are asking for the code @ random times. 

 

    Product: Autocad LT 

    OS: OSX (Multiple versions - Mostly High Sierra and Mojave)
