License issues

My issue started out as a license issue and repeatedly closed my program. I have reached out multiple times for help and even scheduled remote sessions on top of including My IT department. Today a session was supposed to take place to fix by Autodesk and the customer support Rep. did not show up. As of now I can't even uninstall and reinstall AutoCAD or even open it. This was attempted on multiple computers. It has been a month now with this issue. I have a seat on a company plan. I have not been able to fulfil my job duties because of this. The customer service I have received so far is horrible. I have had 3 different reps tell me they will forward this to an "internal team".  Yet, nothing has been done.

If you have one, install an old trial version inside a virtual box. It will get you going, at least.

What exactly happens - can you share some screenshots?

Share a screenshot of the licensing error to the ticket for review please ..

Make sure you show the software in your account portal..

Most licensing issues are due to missing updates and blocked access to the Autodesk licensing sites.

Multiple machines has me believe it's your firewall / anti-virus as the possible cause.

I'd check for anything under the Connection Tab

update,

An Autodesk rep remoted on to my computer and reinstalled the license manager(turns out it had missing key components). After this I was able to install and use Autocad 2024 up until this morning. I new license error has occured.

Side note: For some weird reason I cannot uninstall Autocad 2021(followed all auto desk options for this)

There are no virus scanner issues.
The program is a 2021 version that has been able to deal with the computer hibernating since it was released, as has every prior version. It is supposed to be on a perpetual licence, so these issues should not occur regardless of what they have changed to stop peoples' software from working the second they stop paying for subscriptions.
