i get a message stating "Your license is no longer available."  This is followed by "A valid license...Please save your work and shutdown."  these two messages are attached.  I checked with our IT and the licenses are good.  any suggestions?  my civil 3d was uninstalled and reinstalled last week.  thanks.

Hi @Anonymous

I have moved your post to installation & licensing and change your subject title so, that others can help you with this issue. In some cases, similar issues have differing resolutions so by moving this thread it increases the chances that other users will find the information so, that they can help you with a solution to your issue. I have also edited the title slightly for more efficient searching. Thanks for your understanding.

This could point to a hiccup in communicating to the license server..  For example you could've gone into inactive mode and when you started using the product again it couldn't find a license or it couldn't communicate with the license server..

When you said IT looked..  Did they actually look at the log file to see your activity?   Or just confirm license were being issued?

You can provide the debug log file as outlined under the Config Service tab of your lmtools.  We can review it and let you know..  Although the log file contains names, there's no sensitive information in there that will impact your organization if you do share.

I assume you can get back in and use a license.

Hi, which type of license you used, network or standalone? If standalone go to the "Sign In" options then click on "Manage License" and update your serial number. Feel free to ask if you have any questions.
