License for remote employees

Hello!
Our team is very interested in your cloud platform for developers - Autodesk Forge, and we would like to buy a product license, but there is one caveat.
Our company is from Kazakhstan, but we also have remote employees including Russia. Could you please tell me if our russian colleagues would be able to use your product?
