License error, license manager not functioning

First of all, when I try to sign in by using my Autodesk ID, I get a licensing error (First attached image), then when I press quit, I get another licensing error, saying that the license manager is not functioning or is improperly installed (Second attached image). I have tried everything that the troubleshooting tool has suggested to do and nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this problem and has found a fix?
