Hi @Anonymous

Try activating it manually via:

https://registeronce.autodesk.com

https://ava.autodesk.com/

You're not trying to install this on Windows 10 are you?

Hi,

Yes it is already on Windows 10 1809 and will be after also. May I ask the reason for that query, (since it works Ok)?

I asked about the OS ... because Windows 10 isn't supported and as Windows 10 updates more and more ( 1909) I've seen issues with Crashing and corrupted files due to the crashing.

AutoCAD 2016 ( more so 2015) aren't supported on Windows 10.

Solution:

See the System Requirements for each product for exact information.

  • All 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 Autodesk software run on Windows 10.
  • Many 2016 products can run on Windows 10 with the application of the Autodesk service pack specified in the system requirements.
  • Most 2015 and earlier products are not compatible with Windows 10, unless otherwise stated in the system requirements.
