It all depends on what support you purchased with your product... Did you purchase on-line or through a reseller? Reseller's are your best option for support and they can help you through most situation. So if you purchased on-line or through Amazon or etc... Well you are kind of limited there.
If you purchased an LT product that you get Advanced support for free. When you log into your Autodesk Account as the contract manager, a phone # and express ID will be listed there. In addition with Adv Support you have the ability to schedule a phone call.
If you didn't purchase an LT product and didn't pay for Adv support then you get basic support which only allows you to contact Autodesk through your Autodesk Account. Log in your Autodesk Account as the contract manager and in the upper right hand corner next to your ID is a link for support.
So what is your issue? We might be able to assist you here...
Update: You can also start here, select what your issue is and end up chatting with an agent based on your issue. Just make sure to wait until the page fully loads before seeing the chat option based on the issue/area you select.

Support tickets are created on your Accounts Portal page if you have a current subscription:
If you are a student, your teacher or school's Help Desk are your support since the software is free.
If you are using an old version of Autodesk software and you do not have a current subscription, you are posting in the correct place to ask for help. But you have to tell everyone what the problem is in detail.
