inventor professional will not download all three sets

I have turned off pop up blocker, disabled my anti virus and put it on never notify and the inventor still will not download but one and says error needs to download all 3

Have you tried Chrome or Firefox to download the parts? Please try the links below (Inventor 2018):

Are you installing 2018? If so, the product key would be 797J1

The three parts that you sent to me were actually 2019 that I downloaded

Oh... In that case, the product key would be 797K1

Note: The only difference is the letter.

Although the forum rules caught your serial # and "X" it out..   Never share any sensitive information here such as email address, serial #, subscription account number, business address, and phone/cell #. This is a world wide peer to peer network and such items should not be posted here for security reasons.

What version of Inventor did you request or have?  Not what @Darin.Green provided as a download.  Are you a student?

I am PLTW teacher and am about to go to class. I was supposed to have
Inventor Professional 2018 as given by PLTW. It would not download all
three parts. Darin was able to get all three to download but gave me 2019.
