Inventor Professional 2014 Error 0xC0000142 on Windows 8.1

Hi,

I've just downloaded and installed inventor professional 2014. When I try to open it, I get an error for inventor.exe: 0xc0000142, saying it couldn't be startet correctly.

I have a lenovo, windows 8.1, 64-bit.

Has anyone an idea, how this problem can be fixed?
