Inventor Nastran License Error

I have set up a license server, installed and set up LMTools and have it pointed to our license file. The server says that it is up and running properly and is showing our  proper license count. I am running LMTools version 11.16.2.0. After installing Autodesk Nastran 2019, I attempt to point the software to the license server and the error I receive is - "Network License Not Available" The error code is - Error [-5.412.0]. I have had no luck finding a fix to this issue so far in the forums, any help would be appreciated. I do have the proper ports allowed on the firewall and am able to telnet and ping from the workstation that is attempting to connect to the license server so I know its not a connectivity issue. Thanks in advance for anyone's help! 🙂

Are you launching Nastran outside of Inventor?  If so, that's not going to work..   Nastran for Inventor is launched inside of Inventor (and will get a license).

Thank you so much for the reply, how would I launch it from inside of Inventor? Sorry, I am brand new to this software.

Thanks for the reply Darren, I was able to get it up and running with the reply from Mark. And now when I run a status enquiry it is showing a license in use. Thanks again!
