installing Revit 2023 took too long and stops at 97%

installing educational Revit 2023 reach 97% , after that no progress and it took too long. what can i do to finish the installation?

Are there error messages?

Check your install log, see the link to know where to find them.

 

Might be some trouble with internet conenctions. Try first to download the software completely before installing.

You have this seting in your account where you can switch from "Install now" to "Download now".

Could you elaborate on how you initiated the install? Is this from the Autodesk website or from a local deployment?

I noticed the installer could get stuck on installing some add-ons, waiting indefinitely for the add-on to finish installing. Just kill the installer and check if Revit will run.

And as L Maas said - check the log to see what's going on.

After i perform uninstalling the whole thing as suggested & redownloading the product again works correctly while installing  and get finished. thanks for your support

The first 4 links all download file 001_005. The fifth link downloads file 005_005.

I have file 001 and file 005. Missing 002, 003 and 004.

However, I edited the URL's and if files 001-004 are all the exact same size, I think I got all 5 of  them.

Open Task manager (Ctrl + Shift + esc) and check the network speed for "Autodesk Desktop Delivery Application" (or similar) and look at the stats for how much it has downloaded. The installer seems to download the bulk of the files around 97%, so a slow network speed could be your culprit.
System requirements say you need 30GB for install so it will hang there for a bit even with a fast connection...
