Installing AutCAD 2016

I recently had to buy a new PC and laptop and I have tried to install the program on both machines. I went to my account and downloaded the software but when I go the enter my serial number and Product key, the key gets a tick after it but the next button isn't active so I can't press it.

I have attached a photo of the screen.

the serial is too short, should be 3 digits + dash + 8 digits

Hi @Anonymous,

Some older Contact IDs only have 6 digits. You should add 2 zeros at the end of your serial number. The online activation will fail, but you can contact the Registration & Activation department and request a manual activation.

There is not product 900: I suspect that belongs with the other numbers. You are missing the actual first three digits.

The format on my accounts page is
3 digits + dash + 8 digits
