installing A360

I've been trying to install A360 Desktop, but there is always a problem with the installation of it. It says that it is connecting but nothing happens.

I succeeded to install ACAD2016 though, just A360 Desktop.

I'm a student in a drama school and signed in through "Education Community" with my school account, which I can install ACAD for free.

Is it because I'm not eligible to install A360 Desktop because of my school's contract or something??

I also tried to sign up in "A360" but the invitation email hasn't reached me even if I sent it again and again.
