Hi Luis,

As of now, Autodesk Inventor is still a Windows based application and is only supported to run in a Mac environment via Parallels Desktop or Boot Camp (http://usa.autodesk.com/products/mac-compatible-products). Can you confirm that you are using one of the above?

I am actually using neither Boot Camp nor a Parralel Desktop on my Mac. Could you tell me what I should be using then?

Thanks again!

Hello Luis,

To run Autodesk Inventor on a Macintosh computer, it must be installed on a Windows partition. Your system must use Boot Camp or Parallels to manage the Windows partition and meet the minimum system requirements.

I've provided the following links for your reference.
