installation is interrupted

Dear sir/ma'am
I want to know that i am installing building design suite 2017 64 bit version on my windows 10 pc but during installation process it gets interrupted automatically many times and doesn't complete the process when i am trying to install. It shows that installation has not completed contact your customer support. So please help me what should i do.

Please use Autodesk Virtual Agent in order to download full installation package of Autodesk Building Design suite 2017:
