Installation Fail

I have tried installing Civil 3D numerous times and it fails. I empty the temp folder beforehand every time, I uninstall the relevant programs to make sure there is no possible problems from that, and the firewalls/anti-virus protection is off. AutoCad 2020 installs with no problem.

Have you checked the log file(s) that are written to the %temp% folder after the install fails? You should be able to gain some clue from it/them. Zip and post if you want assistance with that.
