Install C3D 2022 software

Hello friends,

Here is what I get when i try to download C3D 2022:

Can somebody help me fix this?

Are you using Install Now, AVA or Browser Download?

Thank you for your question.

I am using install now. As this is not working, I tried to download it and still, nothing.

And for some reasons I don't know, it takes me a while to log into my account.

I have to do it over and over before getting into it.

It is from my student account.

In my Manage Autodesk account, while I am in, it shows in the upper right, SING IN. When I clic on it, it stay like that. I cannot get anything from it.
