Infrastructure Map Server 2017

Hello,

I'm trying to install trial version of Infrastructure Map Server 2017 on Windows Server 2012 R2.

After battling several other install issues I've finally got the software to install and the login.php page to render.

When I try to login I get a message "Can't Connect to Server".

So I checked the service and it is stopped. Restarting the service it will immediately stop again. I'm guessing this is the issue.

I've already tried the instructions that say to rename the adut file to old as posted here:

(The file was not located in the path listed on this post)

I'm trying to get the trial version up and running to demo for department before we purchase. At this point the trial will be expired before I get it working.

Help would be appreciated.

Dustin

Check IIS, and make sure the Application Pool > Advanced Settings have the following:

  • Enable 32-Bit Applications set = False
  • Load User Profile = False

If either of the two needed to be changed, you'll need to restart IIS. You can do this via Command Prompt by typing iisreset
