I have education access but I cannot download the educational version or access other auto cad programs

I have authorised my account with my AC email address however when i try to download the software by clicking get started i get a popup and then nothing happens. I am having to use the personal version

I’m able to download it fine it’s just that the licence is set to personal not education and I only have fusion 360 available none of the other products like autocad

when I try to download from the education page I click get started on the software and then I get a pop up saying my education licence is confirmed and then it goes back to the education page, there’s no download

Once that notification and the banner appears you can scroll down and download the products as shown in the tiles

So I took some screenshots, I click get started it gets me to log in and then I get the popup as below, I click the next button and then it just takes me back to the same page with the get started option, mine don't say get product

Do you see it in your Autodesk Account Manager ?

 The only ones in my account manager are the free fusion360 access, i click get started and it does nothing there is no get product option

@robinb92 EDU access requires you to be logged in with your EDU credentials: is that the same as your "AC email address... AC account..."? For most users it can be different.

Try to change browser or clear cache and cookie.

Yes I had to re register using my .ac.uk email address and it worked fine
