As a result, I cannot install the product.

Works for me ...

 

Likely you might have issues with your Firewall blocking access,

 

Try going to AVA and see if you can download it 

 

Ava.autodesk.com 

 

or you can try the Autodesk Desktop App ( if this doesn't work then it's really likely your firewall / antivirus )
