I can't open Flow design

I have the Flow Design software (Education) already installed. But when I click on the icon to open the software, it says:

"Sign-in required, a valid entitlement is needed to provide complete functionality", and I am prompted to sign in online using my Autodesk account.

However, after signing in, and I try to re-open the software again, the same message above with a window stating "Sign-in required...." pops up again.

How do I solve this problem?

Welcome! Take a look at this post on the Steps for Setting-Up Student Software, you need to create an Educational account. Then, navigate to the all products & select Flow Design, where you Sign in OR Create an account (here is a direct link).

From Autodesk's page for Flow Design:

Flow Design is no longer available for purchase

As of March 27, 2018, we’ve stopped selling Autodesk® Flow Design software to new customers.
