I can't download the Fusion 360 for personal use

Steps to reproduce
When I click on the link to download the Fusion 360 for personal use, the page loads up and tells me to download the product but there are no buttons of links to click on on that page
I would send a picture but you don't accept PDFs and I can't find a way to make one of your accepted file forms through my browser.

Expected results
I am trying to download the Fusion 360 for personal use program

Actual results
I find myself on a webpage on your site that tells me to
"Complete your Autodesk Fusion for personal use download
Autodesk Fusion for personal use is a limited, free version that includes basic functionality for qualifying users who generate less than $1,000 USD in annual revenue and use for home-based, non-commercial projects only."
But there is no button or link on the page.

Please verify that it could be a 2nd box off the screen.

OR

Try a different browser and if possible, use the Incognito mode.

Did you try this page too:

The TLDR for how to fix: you need to be signed in to your Autodesk account. If you've just created an account, you need to verify your email first.

--

I just signed up for an Autodesk account and experienced the same issue with not being able to download the personal Fusion360 - it just sent me in a circular loop.

On the download screen, everything on the left was blank -- the highlighted area did not appear.

I tried to click "Log In" at the top, but the buttons didn't work. Other buttons on the website worked, but clicking on Log In did nothing. So I cleared cookies, refreshed, then was able to click Log In. From there, it sent me a verification email [I'd already received one from first signing up, but was not aware as it wasn't mentioned -- a note for the UX team.]

Once I verified the email, I could log in, then refresh this page...et voila, the highlighted area appeared, and I have now downloaded Fusion360 successfully.

Whew! What a workout! 🙂 Hope this helps someone else.

Hey Jen! I think I'm missing something, as you can see from the screenshot I'm logged in, I verified the email but still the link does nothing... I'm desperate... Tried Safari and Chrome.

Weird, so when you click "Download now" on the left hand side, nothing happens? Do you have popups blocked maybe?

Really weird & frustrating!

I'm assuming you checked your download folder already, just in case it silently downloaded...is there anywhere else it could have downloaded to (desktop, "my files", etc)?

I would try the following:

- clear your browser cookies & cache

- close all browser windows

- open browser again and try again

That's all I can think of! Hopefully it works! Otherwise I think you'll have to contact Autodesk support 😕 https://www.autodesk.com/support/contact-support

I tried with Firefox, Chrome and safari (all have default Download folder), cleared the cookies, restarted the computer, all that tried multiple times. I dont think it's me the problem, I see many people have the same problem. The support is basically useless, they provide all known link to follow the instructions, instructions I followed to reach that page:

Otherwise how would I even reach it. Seams that guys from support dont understand that or they are just following the rules they received to NOT help people. Also, why it is so difficult to provide a direct link to DMG file to a person who have problem with downloading it! And Jen, I dont know if you noticed but people from autodesk here dont want to answer or help, only users...

As far as I can see, Whatever version you want to use (free 30 days trial or free for personal use), the file to download is always the same, the Fusion_Client_downloader.exe: I guess when you install and activate it, you have to choose the type of license you want.

BTW here's the link
