How to transfer license for ACad 2012 in case of inability to export?

I need to transfer my Acad 2012 License to a new machine. My old system has broken down and i'm unable to export license from it.

Please suggest possible solutions.

Hi vastumandala and sven.gerard,

Without the ability to export your license, there really is no way to transfer it from one machine to another.

With that being said, the alternative to using the LTU is simply to proceed with the standard activation process on your new computer. Typically this will result in an activation limit reach error which can be manually overridden by contacting our Registration and Activation group with your serial number and product request code.
