How to renew Education subscription and get latest version of Autocad?

Our Educational subscription for the Autocad Master Suite 2015 is expiring. We need to update to the 2017 version for the fall semester. I can find no way to update our subscription on any of the Autodesk sites. When I try to generate a new license file I only see the 2015 version listed. I have several support cases but they just keep sending me copy\paste form letters. Help!

AutoCAD Master Suite?  No such thing...  Or do you mean Autodesk Master Suite?  Certain suites do not existing anymore or have been held back in the 2018 product release.

All you need to do is go back >>here<<, sign in and request the version that you need.  Once that's done your Autodesk Account will update with the correct information.

Yes, AutoDesk Master Suite. Sorry, I'm a little frazzled. I've gone to that link and downloaded the software and gotten serial numbers etc. The problem is that when I try to generate a new license file I only see our old 2015 versions.

Go to the Autodesk Register Once Web site and follow the prompts.  With Register Once you have to repeat the process for each network serial # that you have and then combine the license file at the end.

In all cases you will need the name and MAC address of the machine that is hosting the license file.   One final thing, you must update your license manager to version 11.13.1.2 (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/network-license-administration/get-ready-network-lic...)
