@musk19719PRFP I understand the user lost access to their email and you'd like to change it to someone else? This is absolutely possible. You'll need to contact your Autodesk Partner and have them connect with Autodesk to change the Contract Manager on your Autodesk Contract. Once completed, the new user/email should have the ability to assign access to BIM360Docs
I would also recommend having a Secondary Admin assigned to your Autodesk Account Team for future reference so you're not only relying on one user to assign/unassign and see usage data.
