How often can I reassign named users?

How often can I reassign named users of single user licenses?  Daily?  Weekly?  My department has several users who infrequently access AutoCAD.  We have used multi-user licenses with great success, but with those going away I need to understand my options.

• We recommend two options, depending on their usage: 
• Unassign subscriptions when they are no longer being used (for example, if someone completes a project), and reassign them to other users. You can do this as frequently as you need. 
• Purchase a monthly subscription for short-term access.
