Help to error 1722

Hi , I try to install the 3dmax 2016 trail version

I have a problem because when I run install the software in to my Laptop this send to me a message error 1722 "There is a problem with this windows installer package . A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your suppoort personnel or package vendor"

Please help me to repair this error

Sorry to hear about the issue. Have you tried disabling your antivirus and installing from the virtual agent?
