Help needed AUTOCAD 2018 LICENSE MANAGER NOT WORKING

the application shows an error with license server and shuts down. the solution i found was to reinstall which i did and it didn't work. i also tried installing the update from the autodesk desktop app which wont install.

Are you getting an error message prior to the License Manager error like Contact your Admin / Licensing Error Contact Autodesk Support .... ?

i am trying to reinstall it. i disabled my anti-virus and turned off my firewall but its still showing me a message saying the web installing of the setup is interrupted by some software.

i installed it earlier and it worked but now the old setup isnt working either
