Getting in contact with AutoCad

Has anyone else has trouble getting in touch with AutoCad regarding installation of a product.

I have tried the "schedule a phone call" option twice and have never gotten a call back.

Then I tried the 866 681 4359 number.  It told me it would be less than 5 minutes, but I have now been on hold for 45 min.

Anyone?

It's the weekend 🙂 might be the reason why its hard to catch anyone 😄
