Get started button doesn´t work

Hello,

I´m a student with a student license. I verified my account via SheerID and after i press the button "GET STARTED" on the Autodesk student page, everything seems to work, I even get this pop up window saying:

"Congrats! We've confirmed that you're eligible for educational access to Autodesk products, and your account status has been updated.

Your access will last 12 months from your confirmation of eligibility date, after which you can renew if you are still eligible. Now let's start designing and making." and when I click "GET AUTODESK SOFTWARE" nothing happens. There is just this "GET STARTED" button again. When I use the virtual agent I get a messege, that my verification isn´t coplete and to contact SheerID support team. I did so, but they told me, that everything is fine with my verification and there is a problem with Autodesk. I can´t contact Autodesk in any way, becouse everytime I try to do that, only option i get is to contact SheerID support team. Is there a way to fix this problem? I´m lost in a circle now, Autodesk telling me to contact SheerID and SheerID telling me to contact Autodesk.

I am trying to use Auto cad as a student. Every time I click "GET STARTED" on the page allowing you to download the new software, the button does nothing. I really need AutoCAD to complete an assignment; my old one only allows me to use it in 6-minute intervals, which is frustrating.
