Not applicable

I have the plug-in loaded and the Icon for Fusion comes up on the ribbon when i select a 3D solid, but when i click on the Fusion Icon i get this message:

" _EDITINFUSION Unknown command "EDITINFUSION".  Press F1 for help."

i tried typing "editinfusion" in the command line too.

what is the problem?

Thanks.

Please enter DEMANDLOAD command in AutoCAD command line, and enter 3 when prompted for a value. After this, please try click at Fusion button again.

I was told load un-install and re-install the software and i can't remember how i got the Icon to appear.

It had something to do with the acfusion.cuix file.

I tried the DEMANDLOAD command and it was set to 3 already.

Thanks anyway.

pretty frustrating

Do you mean that after uninstalling and reinstalling AutoCAD 2012, there is no Fusion tab coming up when a 3D Solid is selected?

And even after uninstalling and reinstalling AutoCAD 2012 ,  manually enter EDITINFUSION command still get the error message of  "Unknown command" ?

Would you please try enter APPLOAD command and manually load AcFusion.ARX from "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\FusionPlugin.bundle\Contents\Win64"  and then try manually enter EDITINFUSION command  again. If this still fails, what is the error message showing up?

Yes that is what i mean.

yes i still get the error when entering the editinfusion command.

I tried your suggestion but i don't get the same structure in directories.

I am not sure i am running the 643bit now.

I was before i un-installed everything.

noiw i am trying to get all my settings and customizations back.

I entered APPLOAD, the directory FusionPlugin.bundle>Contents>Resources, is what i get.

There is no selectable file in there.

So does this mean i not running the 64 bit version and will have to re-install everything again??

thanks

Anuraq Thakur has been helping me to find the solution to this.

But it was quite simple.

The solution is on the screen, during installation, right after you choose what country you are in.

All the programs are listed and you can check off what you want to install.

Above the Programs listed, in small print, it says Install>Configuration Installation.

You have to pick on the small triangle below Autcad 2012, this allows you to check a box that tells it to share with Fusion for editing of 3d objects.

DONE.

Thanks.
