fusion 360 won't install: winerror3

I followed this guide to the letter:

then this happened: win error 3, see screenshot in attach:

any ideas?

Hello @Anonymous, 

Make sure the directory locations have Administrator permissions, before starting this process you want to make sure you are signed as a Windows Administrator. 

Also, make sure that any security program is disabled temporarily in case it is blocking certain directories from reading & writing to files.
