Fusion 360 Login Error

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello,

With the recent update to Fusion360 Android app 2.3.5, I am unable to login into my account. The error "Unknown Error Occurred" keeps popping up. After clicking "Okay", the screen takes me back to login page and the problem becomes recursion. I tried reinstalling the app as well, but the problem still persists. Reviews on Google Playstore also shows such problem is occurring with them. I am attaching the screenshot and the logcat (grabbed using Matlog) for the same. Hope you will resolve it soon.

Hello @Anonymous,

This error is generic, but is due mostly to connectivity issues with Fusion 360. If you are signing in & trying to use Fusion 360 in a environment with limited network connectivity, I would try a different wifi network.

Please "Accept Solution" if a reply or replies have helped resolve the issue or answered your question, to help others in the community.

The network connectivity is not an issue, everything's on the internet is  working fine.

I am still unable to login even with different Network or WiFi networks as well
