With the mouse, if you hold right click and drag you should orbit the scene. The scroll wheel should zoom in and out. Optionally, you can choose one of the navigation tools (orbit, zoom, pan) from the floating navigation menu in the upper right of the screen. With one of those modes selected, you should be able to hold and drag with the LEFT mouse button to initiate orbit, zoom, pan, etc.
