For the Free Edition of Fusion 360, are add-ins not enabled?

I am trying to install the Voronoi Add-In, but all my utilities icon will provide is "move/copy".  I don't see how I can add the Voronoi add-in.

Why not ask the authors where they want to offer support

and likely no .. as it's a free version. They don't want it used for commercial work .. which most plugins are for.

Your response is INCORRECT.  I was able to use the add-in.  However, it did not work for what I wanted to do.
