For BIM 360, does the program trial include Collaboration for Civil 3D?

It does!  BIM 360 Design is one of the trials included in this program, which includes Collaboration for Civil 3D.  Enjoy!

Apologies for a typo in my previous message.  Civil 3D Collaboration would actually be supported via BIM 360 Docs, not Design (however both are part of the extended access program and can be accessed for the 60 days).
