Flow design won't install

Hi there, I was trying to install the free version of Flow Design but to no avail: The installer would download and the download configuration screen would work fine, but when I press "Install" it briefly (1 sec or less) shows the progress screen and then jumps to the failure to install screen... I have emptied the temporary folder and have the microsoft software needed. I am using Windows 7. Please let me know if you can help on this. I have pasted the installation log at the end of the message.
