Flow Design Educational version

Hello,

I created a student account and got access to Autodesk Flow Design. I downloaded the windows 64b version and installed it on my computer.

When I run the application, it prompts a sign in to my account.

Clicking on My Autodesk Account and signing in, the account management page opens up in my browser, with a list of products and services and a 'get access' button. The list does not mention Flow design.

Meanwhile, the local application displays this:

Clicking on 'No' will loop through the entire process again.

Please help.

Since you are a student you need to reach out to the educational support team to have you Autodesk Account fixed/sync.
