FlexNet Licensing error: -97,121

I apologize if I posted this in the wrong place but my issue is with AutoCad 2015. I'm a part of a new group that works for a school (unfortunately we can't find any documentation about an account for this website) and we recently just imaged some desktops from windows 7 to windows 10. The client software has the serial number/ product key and they were correct. I did not install the shared component: Autodesk 360. I have not been able to get to the building to confirm the error that the teacher received upon running the software but he said that it did not have the proper license. We had a licensing server (Windows server 2008 R2) running LMTools version 11.12.0.0 build 136775 x64_n6 but apparently it was shut off. I'm not sure when that happened. We turned it on after we deployed windows 10 and I found documentation from the guys who set this up previously and it all matches what they had. I went to the "Server Status" tab in lmtools and clicked "Perform Status Enquiry" and I get this:

--------
Status
--------
Flexible License Manager status on Wed 8/29/2018 10:59

[Detecting lmgrd processes...]
License server status: 2701@SASDCAD2015
License file(s) on SASDCAD2015: C:\Program Files\Autodesk Network License Manager\license\EMS2015enlicense.lic:

SASDCAD2015: license server UP (MASTER) v11.12.0

Vendor daemon status (on SASDCAD2015):

adskflex: The desired vendor daemon is down.
Check the lmgrd log file, or try lmreread.
Vendor:Host: SASDCAD2015
License path: 2701@SASDCAD2015;
FlexNet Licensing error:-97,121
For further information, refer to the FlexNet Licensing documentation,
available at "www.flexerasoftware.com".

There seems to be little about this error out there at this day and age and I've never used this software before. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

If you are talking about the 2015 version for school by now it has expired..  They are only good for 3 years..  That means you have to go back and request a new version using the school's account and generate new license file and install the newest license manager.
