FLEXnet Licensing error:-97,121 after migrating license server to vmware

hi there, 

after migrating license server to virtual, in the vmware platform i was confronted with this error.

Licensing error:-97,121 and Licensing error:-97,121

i've confirmed that tha mac address is the same as the old server.

All of the definitions, name, ip, mac address, and disk configurations are the same.

need help please.

The MAC Address is not correct. According to the log file, the mac address specified within the license file is 00101833ba7f, but the machine has three 005056bbf432, 005056bb2c0c, 0024e8547778 mac's none of which matches the license file. That said, you'll need to request a new license file using the MAC Address from that machine... You cannot manually change the MAC within the license file.
