Flexnet Licensing error: -2,40027 *Help Needed

I am trying to install (use) a new Network license file Autodesk has sent me. When I run the script in terminal (on mac server)

I get this error (Flexnet Licensing error: -2,40027)

I am wondering what do do. Support has been unable to help.

Please advise

I'm not a MAC OS user/expert or even run the license manager under this OS..

But the image indicates the license syntax is not formatted properly. I would start there.

Agreed. An Agent built the Lic File for me, So I am in process of waiting for another Lic file from support.
