Autocad 2024 Flex Buy Token Question: When user opens Autocad 2024 for one hour and closes afterwards, all 7 tokens are used for whole day/24h ? Or only one token ?

It costs seven tokens to open the program (even if only for 1 hr). Once those seven tokens have been used, they last for 24 hrs.

When a user opens and signs into an Autodesk product included with Flex, they will be charged a daily rate per product once every 24 hours. Users will not be charged for using multiple versions or reopening the product within the 24-hour period.

After 5 minutes, you're charged for the ENTIRE 24 hour period.

They don't have an hourly / 1/2 day rate ..it's all or nothing

Aren't there network licenses like earlier versions of Autocad?

No they have discontinued network licenses

Not anymore been a few years. They offer Named users now.

That's outrageously expensive.  For about half the price of a one-year subscription, I only get 2 weeks use???

Correct, there is a huge pricing delta between regular use of Tokens vs a subscription, you the end-user have to decide what best works for you above all else, Autodesk offers no discount over a subscription (where they want everyone to be) nor a comparable other option.
