FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Writing saving to previous version

I am running AutoCAD 2019 Architecture. I am keep getting a "FATAL ERROR:  Unhandled Access Violation Writing 0x4d9ef600 Exception at 4D9EF600h", (the numbers change at different times but I get the same error), when trying to save down a 2018 file to a 2013 file. this keeps occurring with ONLY ONE FILE, and not limited to only one workstation or user. I have run AECOBJEXPLODE, WBLOCK etc. with the same result. I am thinking there is something in the file that is corrupt, but cannot track it down. I have run audits and purges with no success. Anyone with any suggestions?

Fix the one file (and any XREFs it may contain) https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/AutoCA...
