Failed install

Hello all,

I am trying to install the 3 year free license on my PC. I recieved the Serial Number and Product key. I keep recieving a network faiure message (see attached screen shot).

Need advice on how to install Inventor 2015.

Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hi Tazzok,

My first thought is to turn off Anti-virus and firewall. Those things can get in the way of installing. Then, G\go to start-search-%temp% and remove anything in the temp folder there, if some things aren't removed that's ok. We just want to make sure everything that was related to this install is removed. After that, try to install again. If it fails again, send in the log file that is located in the Temp folder.
