Exception in aecarchbase.dbx c0000027 happening with every drawing

Hello,

Every drawing that I open today I along with a few other users get the Exception in aecarchbase.dbx c0000027. I have run audit, purge and -purge R and no resolution to the problem. Fortunately, we are still able to work in and save our drawings.

We are using AutoCAD Architecture 2023 in a Windows 10 64-bit environment.

Any thought or suggestion are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ken

Hi @kenn

Do you have a support ticket in on this?

Also, any changes to the PC?

More than one PC doing this?

I'd re-read what he posted and has done

And then your AKN which states:

Solution:

Try one of the following solutions:

He's done this ...

I'd re-read what the article's say. Obviously I have gone through what OP said.

Bur what you said is not all that the article says. There a few other things to try as well.

Thanks and Regards,

Rushabh Thakkar.

Being that we are using AutoCAD Architecture, I am very reluctant to import my drawing back in as a PDF import as I will lose all of the value of having AEC content.  I try the clean uninstall and reinstall within the next few days as I need to get a project completed before I do that step.

Thanks,

Ken

Maybe state that... give a more detail vs just googling and links.

I did submit a support ticket and we have (2) computers with the same problem starting at the same time.

Thought I saw it ..     I'd keep with ticket going too.

Also, make sure there weren't any recent updates on these PC's that could be causing it.
