Error with Odis while doing nothing

Occasionally an error message from Autodesk will come up when I don't have any of the apps open.

I have found the file location that it is talking about but the AdODISInstaller.run.lock doesn't exist.

I haven't been able to find anything about it online but I was planning to uninstall Odis and reinstall it,

I only have a student account so as far as I know I can't access help from the Autodesk help team.

I'd recommend dong a clean uninstall / reinstall.
