error when opening autocad 2026

When I run autocad an error pops up saying "Problem loading AcBrandRes.dll resource file." Then when I click ok another error pops up saying "FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at CB7EF93Fh"
