Hi,

first make sure your system matches the system requirements >>>click<<< because Windows 8 is not supported for AutoCAD 2017, it should be either Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 or Windows 10.

Also important to know: have you installed the latest update (2017.1.2), is it a fresh install or was AutoCAD working well already and started now with issues?

You might try:

  • create a new Windows user with admin permissions
  • login with that account
  • turn off antivirus
  • start AutoCAD with right-click on it's desktop icon and use "start as administrator"

Hello @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting. I have translated your post for you this is an English forum, please translate your posts for better feedback in the future.

Try to re-create the event/pull up the error again & locate the event error with Event Viewer then search for it online this will help you determine the root cause.

Then use the troubleshooting steps outlined here.  Also, assign the correct Graphics Card to run AutoCAD.
