Error after install of Student version of AutoCAD 2026

I just downloaded the Student version of AutoCAD 2026 and it keeps crashing when I try to open it. Error saying "Loading of customization files". Any advice? Thank you.

Did you get a chance to repair or reinstall your AutoCAD yet?

Is this on a MAC or WindowsPC?

Yes, I restarted after the install completed. It is a Windows PC.

Yes, I also see a popup with an error saying "Loading of customization files", with Report ID: 853304448.

Hi Lauri, I have not found a solution to this, it continues to crash when opened.
