Error 4000 - autocad 2025

I keep getting Error 4000 while installing AutoCAD 2025, I did everything on this page but nothing seem to work

Perhaps try the method of creating a new Windows user login with administrator rights, restart your computer, login with that new user and try installing again under that login?
